How far in advance should we book?

As soon as you have the venue and a rough guest count — typically three to six months out. The plan can keep changing after that; what matters is holding the vehicles for your dates before high season fills them.

Can guests pay for their own transfers?

Yes. Some couples cover everything, others cover the wedding-day shuttles and let guests book their own airport transfers under the group rate. We can set it up either way and give you a link to share.

What if a guest’s flight is delayed?

Every arrival is tracked in real time and the pickup adjusts automatically, at no extra cost. That is the single most common thing that goes wrong on a wedding weekend, and it is the reason we ask for flight numbers rather than arrival times.

Do you handle groups larger than a van?
